Amos Pieper is a 23-year-old defender for DSC Arminia Bielefeld. Pieper was born on January 17, 1998 in Lüdinghausen, Germany, and spent his youth career playing for FC Nordkirchen, Union Lüdinghausen, and, from 2010 to 2017, Borussia Dortmund. His senior career continued at Dortmund, where he made 34 appearances and scored 1 goal for Borussia Dortmund II between 2017 and 2019. On January 28, 2019, Pieper moved to his current club, where he made his professional debut on February 8, 2019, coming on to the pitch as a half-time substitute for Brian Behrendt in a 3:0 win over hosts Jahn Regensburg. Pieper has also made 7 appearances for Germany’s U18 and U21 squads since 2015.
