Nick Woltemade is a 21-year-old forward and attacking midfielder for SV Werder Bremen. Woltemade was born on February 14, 2002 in Bremen, Germany, and spent his youth career playing for TS Woltmershausen from 2009 to 2010 and SV Werder Bremen from 2010 to 2020. In the 2018-19 season, he scored 18 goals and made 8 assists in 24 matches for Bremen’s U17 in the U17 Bundesliga. Following 7 goals in 8 matches for the U19 side, he was called up to the first team on January 11, 2020 for a Bundesliga match against Bayer Leverkusen, but did not make his professional debut until February 1, 2020, in a 2:1 defeat against FC Augsburg. Woltemade played 1 season on loan to SV Elversberg from 2022 to 2023, and has also appeared for Germany’s U16, U17, U20, and U21 squads.

Paris Brunner is a 17-year-old forward for Borussia Dortmund. Brunner was born on February 15, 2006 in Germany and spent his youth career playing for SG Lütgendortmund, TSC Eintracht Dortmund, Rot-Weiss Essen, and VfL Bochum before joining Borussia Dortmund’s youth academy in 2020. He rose to prominence after scoring 16 goals in just 5 U-17 Bundesliga appearances, and was then promoted to the U-19 side at the age of 16, scoring on his debut against Bonner SC in the U-19 Bundesliga. On October 11, 2023, he was named by The Guardian as one of the best players born in 2006 worldwide. Brunner has also scored 21 goals in 31 appearances for Germany’s U16 and U17 sides. By Rich M.
Niklas Lomb is a 30-year-old goalkeeper for Bayer 04 Leverkusen. Lomb was born on July 28, 1993 in Cologne, Germany, and spent his youth career playing for SC West Köln and Bayer 04 Leverkusen. His senior career continued at Leverkusen, where he made appearances for Leverkusen and Leverkusen II in his first 2 professional seasons. He then played several seasons on loan, to Hallescher FC in 2015, Preußen Münster from 2015 to 2016, and SV Sandhausen from 2018 to 2019. His last contract renewal with Leverkusen occurred in 2020. Marco Richter is a 26-year-old forward for 1. FSV Mainz 05. Richter was born on November 24, 1997 in Friedberg, Germany, and spent his youth career playing for SV Ried 1951 until 2004, FC Bayern München from 2004 to 2012, and FC Augsburg from 2012 to 2016. His senior career continued at Augsburg, where he made 158 appearances and scored 54 goals between 2015 and 2021. He then spent 2 seasons with Hertha Berlin, where he scored 11 goals in 62 appearances. On August 22, 2023, he transferred to his current club following Hertha’s relegation. Richter has also made 12 appearances for Germany’s U20, U21, and Olympic squads since 2017, scoring 3 goals in 12 appearances. |
