Q: Which were the first two teams to be relegated from the 1. Bundesliga?

A: At the end of the 1963/1964 season, Preußen Münster and 1. FC Saarbrücken were relegated to 2. Bundesliga.

In case you were wondering, 1860 München won the DFB-Pokal that season.
