Paris Brunner is a 17-year-old forward for Borussia Dortmund. Brunner was born on February 15, 2006 in Germany and spent his youth career playing for SG Lütgendortmund, TSC Eintracht Dortmund, Rot-Weiss Essen, and VfL Bochum before joining Borussia Dortmund’s youth academy in 2020. He rose to prominence after scoring 16 goals in just 5 U-17 Bundesliga appearances, and was then promoted to the U-19 side at the age of 16, scoring on his debut against Bonner SC in the U-19 Bundesliga. On October 11, 2023, he was named by The Guardian as one of the best players born in 2006 worldwide. Brunner has also scored 21 goals in 31 appearances for Germany’s U16 and U17 sides.
