As you can see, FC Bayern München won another Bundesliga title at the end of the 2014/2015 season that wrapped up on Saturday, May 23. However, the season isn't completely over for Hamburger SV as they finished 16th and will need to play Karlsruher SC in the relegation/promotion playoff on Thursday, May 28 and Monday, June 1. SC Freiburg and SC Paderborn were automatically relegated to 2. Bundesliga next season and the automatically promoted teams from 2. Bundesliga will be Ingolstadt and Darmstadt.
