Fabrice Hartmann is a 20-year-old winger for RB Leipzig. Hartmann was born on March 2, 2001 in Upgant-Schott, Germany, and spent his youth career playing for SG Rot-Weiß Thalheim until 2012, and RB Leipzig from 2012 on. He made his professional debut for the senior squad on July 26, 2018, when he came on as a substitute in the 89th minute for Matheus Cunha in the UEFA Europa League qualifying match against Swedish club BK Häcken, which Leipzig won at home 4:0. Hartmann has also made 23 appearances for Germany’s U15, U16, U17, and U18 squads between 2016 and 2019, scoring 8 goals. Hartmann’s current contract with RB Leipzig runs through January 30, 2023.
